Our Mission
For this, Equipme is building the operating system for the B2B subscription industry. For companies, Equipme is an employee store, procurement platform and asset management portal in one app. For suppliers and service providers, the platform enables them to offer their products and services in a modern Everything-as-a-Service (XaaS) approach while allowing significant process relief for provisioning, delivery and management of the offered services over the entire lifecycle.
We are a diverse team of software engineers, startup enthusiasts, and creative minds contributing to the Circular Economy. Equipme is a young startup, but most of us are already over 30: We have experienced how the "old economy" works and still know that the next generation works and consumes differently.
Because we know the value of self-determined work and the magic of a shared mission that drives modern employees. We use our office to brainstorm, share ideas, or simply get a change of scenery. The idea for Equipme didn't come from a startup incubator. It is based on their own experience, or rather, on their own pain. In their first startup, Paul & Alex were IT providers themselves and experienced how time-consuming the coordination processes for onboarding new employees can be. Add to that the inventory of devices, management of subscriptions and billing of costs, and it's sheer chaos.
Many companies have long come to terms with these problems - but now it just doesn't work anymore. Onboarding and offboarding frequency is increasing significantly, more and more is being outsourced, and the logistical demands of the decentralized working world are presenting those responsible with unprecedented challenges.
