How it all started
Paul and Alex ran a system house for over 10 years, helping companies digitalize their operations. But they kept encountering the same problem with every client: they didn't have complete visibility into what resources they owned, where they were located, how much they cost, and who was actually using them.
You can't scale your digital transformation when you don't have full visibility into your foundation. equipme was built to fill this gap.

Paul and Alex founded equipme with one goal: solve the resource chaos they'd seen repeat with every customer. The vision was clear. The platform didn't exist yet.

Some of our team is distributed across Germany (Berlin, Cologne) and beyond, one even works from Bali. Our Frankfurt office is where we gather to brainstorm, collaborate, and build culture. But we know where the real work happens: wherever your team is most productive.
