How do I get my resources into equipme?

Resources can be automatically inventoried the moment they're ordered, no manual entry needed. Existing assets can be manually added through Warehouse Management. This gives you flexibility to capture new purchases automatically while gradually adding your existing inventor

How does assignment to employees work?

equipme automatically synchronizes with your HR system (SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, BambooHR, etc.). New employees appear in equipme automatically. Department changes and departures sync instantly, so resource assignments stay current. You only manage employee data once, equipme keeps everything in sync.

Who can manage resources in equipme?

Employees manage their own assigned resources. Managers have access based on responsibility: team leads manage their team's resources, location managers manage their site, admins manage company-wide. Everyone gets exactly the access they need.

How do I identify unused resources?

equipme flags resources not assigned to anyone and items moved back to inventory but never reactivated. You can see these instantly and decide whether to reassign, return, or retire them.
