What counts as an "active user"?

An active user is any employee with their own portal login. Once an employee leaves, they're deprovisioned and removed from your subscription — your monthly costs adjust downward accordingly. You only pay for people actively using equipme.

What's the difference between active users and number of employees?

Active users are employees with their own portal login. They can access the self-service and manager their resources. Your total number of employee represents all your data sets in equipme. In most cases, an employee represents a data set.

Can I cancel anytime?

equipme requires a 12-month subscription commitment, which allows us to deliver the stable, reliable platform you depend on. If you need to discuss your options, reach out — we're happy to talk through your situation.

What's included in the free trial?

Your free trial gives you full Starter access with real company data. You can set up asset management, test employee onboarding, explore the self-service shop, and build your first approval workflow. No credit card required.

What if my organization has more than 10,000 employees?

equipme is built to scale. At enterprise size, we move away from standard pricing tiers and work with you directly to build a custom solution. We’ll find a suitable plan that fits your organization's needs. Just contact sales.
